Emergency Management has the statutory responsibility of
reviewing and approving the Comprehensive Emergency Management
Plans based on the criteria established by the State of Florida
Agency for Healthcare Administration for the following licensed
healthcare providers:
Adult Day Care
Facilities
Ambulatory Surgical Centers
Assisted Living Facilities
Hospitals
Nursing Home Facilities
Specific plan
criteria for each licensed healthcare provider may be found by
following this link to the
Agency
for Healthcare Administration (ACHA).
Please submit
your Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans and annual update
correspondence to:
