“Building the Foundation for Community Resilience”

Sarasota County Emergency Services was pleased to provide a conference that recognized the value of collaboration between Fire, Emergency Management and all areas of public safety. Becoming “fully involved” and creating community resilience through local networks is a key to the success of any community. The symposium was held on Feb. 19, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota. Because this year's event was so successful, a symposium will be planned for 2011.
