The total county millage (tax) rate remained flat from 2007 to 2008, at 3.3384, for the combined millage rates of the County, Mosquito Control and Voter Approved Debt. 

For each mill, the tax is equal to $1 per $1,000 of value. 

In 2008, a $300,000 property would pay $1,002 in total county taxes ($300,000 * 3.3384 / 1000)
